EMS Training = electro myo stimulation

full body workout, all big muscle groups are working together at the same time

alternating series of different exercises, 1:1 situation with trainer and patient/athlete

Benefit: high strains and activating of the deep muscles and metabolism

perfect for strengthening  of the core muscles, very short training times (approx 20 to 25 minutes)

training of problem zones, e.g. lower abdominal muscles, cellulite program and a lot of more specific features

fat burning training in combination with cardio workout

new results of researches published from the university of cologne show the high efficiency of EMS training
